You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only.

Coaching Services

Coaching is designed to support growth and personal development. It is not therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice.
We do not guarantee results. Your progress depends on your effort, commitment, and circumstances.
7 sessions may be used outside of the 90 day schedule but are only valid for 120-days.
Coaching conditional guarantee of a signed promotion plan in 30 days up to 6 months from first coaching session at no additional charge. Must qualify for guarantee
- Definitions:
  - "Free" is defined as no additional charge for coaching beyond the seven sessions for up to six months from the date of the first session.
- Qualifications:
  - Must be an employee in Good Standing
  - Must provide 2 most recent reviews with manager feedback
  - Subject to Ascend Now approval, upon review of client performance reviews from their manager
  - Paid in full 24-hours prior to the start of the first session

Payments & Refunds

Payment terms will be clearly outlined before you purchase services.
A session may be rescheduled with 24 hours or more notice from either party. If session is rescheduled by the client under 24 hours notice, the session is voided, unless otherwise approved by Ascend Now. We understand things may come up unexpectedly; we have a one time free pass for your first late cancellation.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, coaching sessions and programs are non-refundable once delivered or begun.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may result from using our Site or participating in our services. You agree to take full responsibility for your choices, actions, and results.
